Phnom Penh - Feb 5 - IJS-Global - When Cambodia’s new motorcycle helmet law took effect on the first day of the year, police nabbed more than 120 violators, the English-language Phnom Penh Post reported.
The law has had some effect: the newspaper quoted the deputy director of the Phnom Penh Traffic Police, El Narin, as saying an estimated 85 per cent of riders had complied.
